Paramount Disinfection Services is a privately owned and operated disinfection service firm headquartered in South Florida providing services across the state, Caribbean, and Central/South America. Our company is helping pioneer the way various industries are disinfecting their work place environments with the revolutionary technology of an advance induction-charged chemical delivery system. While conventional cleaning services rely upon antiquated techniques and equipment such as rags, mops, and pump sprayers, our unique chemical delivery process was designed to enable clients the opportunity to create a healthier and safer environment for their customers, patients, and employees at an affordable price while still reducing their environmental footprint.
Rick Moore
President / Principal
Mr. Moore is the principal owner and founder of Paramount Disinfection Services and is responsible for overseeing and managing all of the company’s corporate services and activities. His professional background is in the property and casualty insurance industry and spans over 20 years including a tenure with one of the nation’s largest insurance companies. In 2003, Rick founded Paramount Consulting, which is a privately owned adjusting firm that represents and services residential and commercial insurance consumers who have suffered an insurable loss. He has assisted and consulted clients in the healthcare, hospitality, educational, municipal, retail, property/asset management, and a variety of industrial industries regarding their insurance and claims related needs. While managing the broad spectrum of risk for his diverse pool of commercial clients, Mr. Moore saw a void and potential exposure in the cleaning services arena, so he subsequently created and became the architect of this new disinfecting service platform in effort to provide a cost effective solution to the market.
Duane Hathaway
Director of Healthcare, Compliance, and Technical Services
Mr. Hathaway comes to Paramount Disinfection Services with a wealth of practical and conceptual experience in multiple facets of the healthcare industry. He is the president and founder of Hathaway Resources, Inc., which is a Florida based firm that has been providing comprehensive and specialized consulting services to healthcare administrators and operators around the United States for the last 15 years. Prior to that, Duane served as the Vice President of Operations for one of the nation’s largest healthcare providers and has also been appointed to several Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) committees. With Mr. Hathaway’s broad and extensive professional knowledge, Paramount Disinfection Services’ clients will enjoy the peace of mind from his oversight and collaboration with their staff to help ensure that the protocol and execution of our disinfecting services will be compliant with their industry’s regulatory guidelines and requirements.
